Account & Data Deletion — PerfectLine: Putting Simulator

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your PerfectLine account and all associated data directly from within the app:

1. Open PerfectLine on your device.
2. Sign in with your Google account.
3. Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the confirmation dialog.

Your account and data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at admin@linematics.com with:

• The email address linked to your Google account
• The subject line: “Delete my PerfectLine account”

We will process the request within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

Data That Is Deleted

The following data is permanently deleted upon request:

• Account information: Google account ID, email address, display name, full name
• Profile data: user name, recommendation code, Tour Pro information (if any)
• Subscription state: locally cached membership status
• Training records: Starting Line, Slowmo Analysis, Arc-to-Face stats stored locally and on our servers (for Tour Pro)
• Drill session data: Performance drill / Course record sessions (Tour Pro users)
• Virtual Green data: saved scores, ranking entries, prize claim records
• Slowmo replay videos: all video files saved by the app
• Analytics user identifier: Firebase Analytics user ID is cleared

Data That Is Retained

The following data may be retained for limited periods, as required by law or for fraud prevention:

• Purchase/billing records: retained by Google Play Billing per Google’s policy (we do not store credit card information ourselves). Subscription history may be retained for up to 5 years for tax and accounting compliance under Korean law.
• Anonymized analytics data: Firebase Analytics aggregate event data (no personally identifying information) is retained per Firebase’s default retention policy of 14 months, then automatically deleted.
• Crash logs: Firebase Crashlytics device-level crash reports (no user account linkage after deletion) are retained per Firebase policy of 90 days.

Third-Party Services

Data shared with third-party services follows their respective deletion policies:

• Google Sign-In — managed by your Google Account; revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Google Play Billing — managed at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — anonymized after account deletion
• Google AdMob — opt out of personalized ads via your device’s “Ads” settings
